Red Seal Trades Certification ExamsHow It Works1. RegisterChoose the mock exam course and register for Free Diagnostic Access or a paid tier. The registration form asks for your exam category, jurisdiction, upcoming exam date, the eligibility declaration, a government photo ID and your exam registration proof. 2. AssessmentYour details and documents are checked against the eligibility requirements published by the licensing body for that exam, usually within a few hours if everything is in order. If something is missing you are told exactly what. 3. AccessOnce approved you receive an email with your access page link, your personal access code and your access end date. Log in to the CCEC LMS with the email address you registered with; each test opens inside the access page. 4. Practise and trackStart with the diagnostic, work through the content-area quizzes, then sit the timed mock exams under exam conditions. Results are emailed after each test with a breakdown by content area. Important Notices
Mock Exam PoliciesEligibility and assessmentEligibility follows the licensing body's published requirements for the exam you select. Every registration is assessed against them using the details, photo ID and exam registration proof you submit. A free registration with missing details is cancelled and you may register again with complete details. A paid registration with missing details is held and you are told exactly what to send; if nothing is received within 3 business days the registration is not approved. Fees and refundsIf a paid registration is not approved, the fee is refunded in full by the same payment method within 2 to 3 business days. Once access has been granted, fees are non-refundable. Free Diagnostic Access has no fee. Access periodCore Tier 2 (Question Bank Pass), Structural Mock Exam Access, each single LLQP module, and RIBO Level 1 and OTL Mock Exam Access run for 30 days from approval, or until your exam date if that comes first. Core Tier 3 (Full Mock Exam Bundle), the Core and Structural bundle and the LLQP All 4 Modules Bundle run until your exam date. Free Diagnostic Access runs for one week from approval. Your exam date is taken from your exam registration proof. If your exam date moves, send the new date through the support form before your access ends. After the end date the access pages close; to continue, register again for the access option you need. Attempts and feedbackThe diagnostic allows one attempt. Content-area quizzes can be repeated as often as you like during your access period. Each mock exam allows four attempts. Every answer has an explanation and a source reference, and your score with a breakdown by content area is emailed after every test. Personal accessYour access code and access pages are issued to the person named at registration and work only with the email address you registered with. One registration per person per event; a higher tier is a new registration on the same event page. ResultsResults are emailed after each test with a breakdown by content area. They are practice results from CCEC's own question bank and are not recognized by, or reported to, any licensing or examining body. Completing a mock exam course does not qualify you for a licence. SupportQuestions about registration, access or results go through the support form; please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a response. College email comes only from @ccecollege.online, @ccecollege.com, or @cancollege.online. CCEC guaranteeThe CCEC guarantee applies to the LLQP All 4 Modules Bundle, RIBO Level 1 Mock Exam Access and OTL Agent Mock Exam Access. If you do not pass the official exam on your first attempt, you can have one further access period to the same option, until your new exam date, at no charge. Send your official result notice and your new exam date through the support form. This is not a cash refund. |
